The idea of setting up this Mindful Happy Hour group has been triggered by what my amazing fellow coaches in Spain and Germany have initiated and the intimate sharing of experiences we have started with a small group of amazing women and mothers from my son’s preschool.
Mindfulness meditations have served me for many years now and this is why I am launching the Mindful Happy Hour every Wednesday. There will be two sessions, one at 8:30 p.m. CET as well as one at 8:30 p.m. EST! We will start with a mindfulness meditation followed by sharing of experiences, ideas, and coping strategies with like-minded individuals.
Let’s make the best of social distancing – possibly even an opportunity for personal growth!
